What I like most about Eletive is that it helps us manage employee engagement in a structured, measurable, and repeatable way. In my role as [your role], I use Eletive to [review engagement results / follow up with managers / support HR or people initiatives / monitor team sentiment] across [team, department, or company size].
The platform gives us a clear overview of survey results, trends, and focus areas. That makes it easier to move conversations from broad questions like “how are people feeling?” to more actionable ones, such as “which topics need attention?” and “what actions should we prioritize next?”
I especially value the dashboards and reporting views. We use them to review [examples: engagement scores, eNPS, participation rates, leadership feedback, workload feedback, team-level trends]. The way Eletive presents insights makes it easier to spot patterns across teams and follow up, without having to manually consolidate survey responses or build reports from scratch.
The UI is clean and easy to navigate. Managers and employees can quickly understand where to go, what information is available, and what actions are expected. This is particularly helpful when working with managers who don’t spend their entire day in HR or people analytics tools.
Another strong point is that Eletive supports continuous improvement rather than only one-off annual engagement surveys. We use [pulse surveys / recurring surveys/action plans/dashboards] to keep the employee experience visible throughout the year. This has improved our workflow by making engagement data easier to review, discuss, and translate into concrete follow-up actions.
The onboarding and support experience has also been valuable. During [implementation/setup/rollout/configuration], the guidance helped us configure the platform, engage the right stakeholders, and ensure the survey data was useful for decision-making.
Overall, Eletive provides strong value by helping us make better people-related decisions, improve transparency, and follow up on employee feedback more consistently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main area I would like to see improved is deeper customization and more advanced reporting. The standard dashboards are useful for getting a quick overview, but for more detailed analysis, it would be helpful to have more flexible filtering, segmentation, and export options.
For example, when reviewing results by [department/location/manager group/seniority/business unit], more configurable reporting would make it easier to analyze trends in the exact way our organization operates. The current reporting is helpful, but larger or more complex organizations may need additional flexibility.
There can also be a learning curve for managers who are not used to working with engagement data regularly. The platform itself is generally easy to navigate, but interpreting results and turning them into concrete actions sometimes requires internal enablement, manager training, or additional guidance from HR.
Another area for improvement is integrations. While the core functionality works well, broader or more configurable integrations with [HRIS / Slack / Microsoft Teams/collaboration tools/reporting tools] would make it easier to embed Eletive into existing workflows and reduce manual administration.
These are not major blockers for us, but improving customization, reporting depth, and integrations would make the platform even more valuable, especially for larger teams or organizations with more complex structures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
