What do you like best about Elemica Digital Supply Chain Network?

The team is very supportive and works with us to find solutions. Also, they work with us as we develop more EDI capability to help us find solutions. What is most helpful is there willingness to give us options to help manage our cost and rollout timing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Elemica Digital Supply Chain Network?

Nothing. They are in the UK and we are in the US but OmPrompt has been very flexible to meet our needs. I have not experienced a downside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Elemica Digital Supply Chain Network solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kellogg has a large % of orders coming in via EDI but the remaining 6% or so that come in manual are all being converted to EDI using the OmPrompt solution. They are also working with us to develop an order change solution. OmPrompt has helped us solve manual order entry and streamline our costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
