What do you like best about elementum?

The organization feature is my favorite! We have so many different employees across tons of teams who need to use one platform to work on various issues and cases! We can all work simultaneously together. The task feature is my favorite, and this ensures that all due dates are met, and those who need to be looped in for assistance can be while keeping it visible for all. What do you dislike about elementum?

Because there are so many options for reporting / analytics we overused this feature. We had too much to report on, too much data to try and pull and find the root causes to be proactive from a claim standpoint. We had to re-evaluate what we really needed reporting on and narrow what we were doing down by a large amount. Once we figured out the specifics, we were able to quickly change our custom fields with our rep and get the reporting that we needed! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering elementum:

What problems is elementum solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have saved our company so much money, in two ways mostly. 1 - we have been able to track the areas that we were bleeding out money. Once we figured out where those spots were, we were able to use our data to be proactive in going to our vendors and carriers and addressing the issues. 2- Time is money. We were able to cut down communication going on in other platforms (slack/email) and move all communication from our teams across our company to one universal platform.
