I appreciated how elefante RevOps helped with our workflow setup and made better use of our tech stack. They helped remove repetitive administrative work and move those tasks to the front of the workflow, so I can handle the admin and set up the workflow in the same number of steps instead of having extra steps pushed to the back. I also valued the automations they set up to push into Asana and establish workflows. They’re friendly, professional, and very communicative. Their follow-up emails after each meeting are timely and clearly lay out next steps, what they need from me, and their plan. Their clear, consistent communication and commitment to diagnosing issues and driving solutions helped us reach outcomes quickly during the eight-week period we had available.
