What do you like best about elefante RevOps?

They do the work rather than describe it. We had no internal RevOps capability, so a partner who hands over specifications is no use to us. Elefante works inside our portal: lead routing, form-to-deal automation, campaign workflows and enrichment were built, not scoped. They also show up for the parts most vendors skip, including joining our CRM training sessions and answering questions live from people who had never used a CRM before. What do you dislike about elefante RevOps?

Nothing significant. Documentation could be slightly more thorough, but the work itself has been solid and anything we have flagged got handled quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering elefante RevOps:

Come with your sales process decided, or plan to decide it with them early. Give them working access to your portal, because the value is in them building directly rather than handing you specifications. Ask for written handover as you go rather than at the end. What problems is elefante RevOps solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our customer information lived in individual mailboxes and spreadsheets, and inbound leads landed in a shared inbox nobody owned. Elefante built the layer that fixed it: inquiries now create a contact and a deal automatically and route to a named owner on arrival, with the email history attaching itself to the record.
