What do you like best about Electives?

We’ve partnered with Electives for several years to support our manager training program, and over the past two years, that partnership has grown into something truly impactful. Their fantastic team has worked closely with us to thoughtfully design a learning series that brings together core leadership competencies with our company’s unique values, fundamentals, and frameworks.

What we appreciate most about Electives is their willingness to truly understand our organization and what great leadership looks like for us. What do you dislike about Electives?

What problems is Electives solving and how is that benefiting you?

Electives helps us solve the challenge of delivering consistent, high-quality leadership development as our organization grows. Rather than building every training from scratch, we’re able to tap into experts across a range of leadership competencies while still creating a program that feels deeply connected to our own values, frameworks, and ways of working. It gives us the expertise, flexibility, and partnership we need to provide meaningful development for our managers and turn learning into practical changes in how they lead their teams.
