What do you like best about eLearnPOSH?

I like that it is available in different formats, languages and webinars and tools. Creating awareness for your employees is now in a format that everyone can understand. Before, there was constant denial about workplace sexual harassment, now it is captured and shown in ways both sexes can comprehend. Role based learning is available. What do you dislike about eLearnPOSH?

While there are reporting portals available, often sexual harassment comes with embarrassment and shame. As our society advances, these negatives may disappear but are very important parts of eLearnPOSH. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is eLearnPOSH solving and how is that benefiting you?

This problem was evident in my employment environment when I graduated from college. I have no reason to believe the work environment in that state has changed one iota, since it was a male dominant society at both work and home. However, I would love to see it in use in several government agencies and businesses in that state. The change would be a benefit for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
