We manage several locations, so the ability to quickly and easily move between shells is a very appreciated function. There's also a campaign manager that's easy to use to execute email campaigns using marketing lists promptly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Basic CRM functions are needlessly challenging to perform, and that's problematic when trying to teach people who aren't the most tech-savvy to use the software. The system isn't particularly good at matching duplicate entries either, making it hard to know which profile is the working client and not an orphan. The updates made by the company also have a habit of breaking custom functions we've had set up to perform tasks, so it feels like we're constantly reaching out to support to continue doing our jobs. The email template editor allows the use of HTML and CSS, which is excellent except that eLeads needs to inject its code into the templates, so editing your template outside of eLeads doesn't guarantee it will function as intended Inside eLeads.
