What do you like best about Eightfold AI?

What I like most about Eightfold AI is its skills-based approach to talent matching. Instead of relying only on job titles or résumé keywords, it helps identify candidates based on their skills, experience, potential, and overall career trajectory. What do you dislike about Eightfold AI?

The main area I’d improve is the accuracy and flexibility of the AI matching and candidate insights. From time to time, the system misses important details in a CV or ranks candidates in a way that still requires extra manual review. What problems is Eightfold AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Eightfold AI helps me tackle the challenge of finding the right talent efficiently, without needing to manually review and compare every single profile. Its skills-based matching makes it much easier to identify candidates based on relevant skills, experience, transferable abilities, and overall potential, instead of relying only on job titles or keywords.
