What do you like best about eHungry?

It's an easy service to use, with an app that's straightforward and guest-friendly. Free from bloat as well! Customer service is the best there is, they're always quick to respond to any support requests whether it be for troubleshooting or just asking for guidance on how to tweak settings. What problems is eHungry solving and how is that benefiting you?

With the pandemic, it's helped us offer a near-touchless option for patrons to place orders for pick-up or curbside service. Their service has literally saved us from succumbing to total business loss at the peak of the pandemic. To this day we still utilize the service as guests have come to appreciate the value of placing orders ahead of time for pick-up in-store, or at our curbside parking spaces. They offer an affordable option for small businesses to offer a mobile app that works great and easy to use on both sides -- guest or business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
