The AI in this platform is really powerful and the deep research feature of this platform greatly enhances its productivity. Other than this AI agents can be trained easily by providing the knowledge base for its source. The agents assist in improving productivity of the Individuals and teams. Other than this I also love the capability of this platform to manage the access and downloads of contents. The workflow management of this platform is outstanding and it ensures scheduled completion of projects or workflow. The accountability and audit trail ensures that every individuals in the teams takes best care in handling as well as completion of this platform. Other than this task assignment can also be made such that the right person in the team handles the job well. Frankly the security as well as the performance of this platform is reliable. The capability to integrate this platform with major platform like google workspace, Power Automate etc boost the robustness of this platform. The onboarding of this platform was also simple which is really attractive for users. **What do you dislike about Egnyte?** I love most part of this platform but I wish that the pricing of this platform was a little more moderate. I also felt that a little bit of training would greatly improve the efficiency of using this platform. The AI can also be met better with increased brainstorming capacity and general assistance capabilities. **What problems is Egnyte solving and how is that benefiting you?** This platform assist a lot in working collaboratively on files improving the efficiency and productivity of the team. What I like best about Egnyte is that I can keep everything in one place and organize it in proper folders, so my work stays clear and easy to manage and I don’t get confused. ease of use is very simple, no technical setup Needed. I started using it directly for my clinic work. I use it regularly to check patient records, update diet charts and manage content files. The inbuilt Pdf editor is very useful for my work. Many times I need to edit diet charts or update patient reports, and I can do it directly here without downloading again, which saves time. file sharing is also easy. I can quickly send diet plans, reports or even videos to patients or staff using a link, which makes communication simple. Search option also helps when there are many files. If I make changes in a file, I can still go back to older version which is useful sometimes. Performance is good, files open fast and it does not feel slow even with multiple folders. Number of features is enough for daily work like folder management, sharing, Pdf editing and version control, not too complicated. It also works well with Google Docs and MS Office files, so integration feels smooth. overall it feels stable and reliable. It helps me manage my clinic data and health content in a simple and organized way. **What do you dislike about Egnyte?** when I upload multiple files or bigger folders, it sometimes takes a little more time depending on internet, so I have to wait till everything is uploaded properly. While using the Pdf editor, basic edits work fine, but for more detailed editing I still feel more comfortable using a dedicated PDF tool. another small thing is that when there are many folders, the interface can feel a bit busy and I need to click a few times to find the exact file. **What problems is Egnyte solving and how is that benefiting you?** Egnyte helps me solve the problem of files being scattered in different places. Earlier, I had to check multiple folders or tools to find one file, which was time taking. Now everything stays in one place and is arranged in folders, so it is easy to find and manage. It also makes file sharing simple. I can just create a link and send files instead of sending them again and again. This saves time and makes communication easier. Updating files is also quick, especially PDFs, because I can make small changes directly without downloading and uploading again. Search works well when there are many files, and version history helps if I make any mistake and need the older file back. Overall, it saves time, reduces confusion, and makes daily work more smooth and manageable. ### 4. We are able to integrate the program with current software, and it allows us to work more efficiently. Our staff can access all their files from any secure location. It also protects the integrity of our work. The Software was managed by our IT team so the support and onboarding were seamless. The cost is still more efficient that our previous options. **What do you dislike about Egnyte?** I dislike that there is no way to delete files. This is managed by our IT team. It means we have useless files in our cloud. **What problems is Egnyte solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems it solved are numerous. We all work in office but there are days that that is not an option. It allows staff to share files on the cloud and remote in to their desktop and save the work. I find it really helpful that if a file is lost or changed, you can go back to an older version and reload the file. There was a time when an employee deleted information from a file, and we needed to reload a previous version to find what was missing and get that info back. I have no interest in it at all. **What do you dislike about Egnyte?** The ability to work remotely was a bid draw - but in all honesty, it's not a big enough draw to move all my data from one to another. I think I'll leave all of our stuff right where it is. **What problems is Egnyte solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was supposed to replace a physical server that we have in the office, and the more we played with it, the more we just couldn't safely say it was the way of the future for us. I appreciate it as a secure, HIPAA-compliant folder for sharing HPI between our team and our clients (doctors). It’s also a very user-friendly tool overall. The drag-and-drop feature is especially useful, and I often use it much like Windows File Explorer. Also I like comments feature and logs - to see who and when did updates in the folders **What do you dislike about Egnyte?** 2FA can be a bit inconvenient at times, but I understand that it’s an important compliance requirement. **What problems is Egnyte solving and how is that benefiting you?** Transferring HPI files securely and quickly is essential for us. Since we’re not allowed to send billing files through unsecured email, we train our doctors to use the Egnyte folder instead to keep everything protected. I also love that Egnyte integrates well with other tools like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. It allows us to access large CAD files along with other documents on the go without manual uploads, downloads, and conflicting copies. I like that it provides co-editing on supported documents like Microsoft Office files. Egnyte reduces the need to manage the logistical backend of file management, and being able to map the drives in the normal fashion Windows does makes file access simpler. The mobile app is beneficial because it hosts file readers for CAD files, which is great for discussing project details with clients on the go. Mapping drives also helps us operate normally, speeding up work efficiency. The integration with Microsoft backend for login and security access is useful as it reduces the need for another password for users. Our transition to Egnyte was smooth, thanks to the great support during the downloading and uploading of large data volumes. **What do you dislike about Egnyte?** Leaving files open on a machine when it goes to sleep can cause Egnyte to disconnect and lose access to the files. This means that a local copy of the file may be cached and re-open as read-only then it needs to be reloaded. While reliability has been okay, it can become a bit slow from time to time. There are confusing pop up messages about checking out files or co-editing that not everyone understands. **What problems is Egnyte solving and how is that benefiting you?** Egnyte lets us access large CAD files on the go without manual uploads, enabling co-editing. Mapping drives speeds up work by operating normally without separate networks. The mobile app allows access to CAD files for client discussions on the go. ### 10. We use it company-wide at Faith Technologies, Inc., and it's very helpful to share large files that we can't send through email. It's a great one-stop shop to save, share, and store files. The link sharing and file saving features are what I value the most since they make it easy to share files that are too big to send through an email.
