It is most helpful for booking travel on behalf of other colleagues. I also enjoy the simple, user-friendly interface, and how different options are presented. The onboarding process and learning to navigate Egencia was very easy. One feature I really enjoy is when researching flights, it is very easy to compare costs and extra benefits of each option. It loads all travel options very quickly, and the booking process overall can take less than 5-10 minutes. I also appreciate the filters at the top, which allows me to narrow down my search and make it faster. I do not dislike booking hotels on Egencia. However, I prefer booking them directly on the hotel websites. I am concerned about missing certain details that are on the website but are not on Egencia. One way to address this could be having all the room details available on the first hotel search results page, making the options easier to compare. I find myself preferring to go directly to the hotel website for information. For instance, when there are also no rates or room images available. Overall, it would be ideal if all the details on the hotel websites were also highlighted when booking on Egencia (cancellation policies, fees, room images). Another feature that would save time would be to indicate whether a credit card authorization form needs to be filled out with a hotel if a corporate credit card is used for booking.
