I use Amex GBT Egencia for associate travels, including flights, hotels, and car rentals as needed. I like that it's a friendly "self-serve" platform, which means associates can book their travel independently after training and understanding the guidelines, like getting pre-approval before booking. Running data reports is always a challenge. Every month, we see 2-4 transactions that do not provide us with enough details. Our finance department requires specific information showing the traveler and what the charge was for. A lot of the time, the representative comes back saying that it was charged by a third party, either directly from the airline or hotel.
