What do you like best about eGain Call Track?
Compare to other call tracking solution eGain is easy to use and integrate with other solutions. eGain also have features commonly used by contact centers. Customer support is also easy to reach out. I also would like to highlight the platform because it is very user friendly and is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
