What do you like best about Efecte ITSM?

What problems is Efecte ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?

As earlier mentioned it's a common platform to communicate with customer and it is open to all team members. So in my absence anyone can check the old communication. But same is not possible when it comes to mail communication. This saves the time required for communication and avoids any trouble arising due to mail communication.
