What do you like best about eEvid?

Customer support. When we implemented a mass mailing solution (using eEvidence) for a customer, we encountered a couple of integration issues. These were all solved fast and professional. Resulting in a reliable solution delivered on time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eEvid?

Well, it would be nitpicking (since I'm really content with eEvidence), but the website that you can use to check on eEvidence receipts could use some more work. Especially the filtering/sorting of a large number of receipts. The last time I used it was in December 2015, so it could be changed already. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is eEvid solving and how is that benefiting you?

The business problem we had to solve for our client was to reliably send a large number of mails (500k) in a short period of time (1 week). Each mail had a PDF attachment about 1MB in size. Another requirement was to have a detailed status report of the actual mail delivery. eEvidence turned out to be the service that provided all of that -- at a competitive price.
