What do you like best about Edvantis?

I like that Edvantis has a support team that manages performance and goals, and helps with career growth. We're able to partner with them on managing our employees, which is really valuable. The ease of having one agency manage all of our contractors, along with supporting the contract team members from their remote locations, is a great benefit. It's been really helpful to have them as partners and support staff for our team, rather than just being a lone contractor in an office. Their support in the recruiting, hiring process, interviewing, and onboarding is something I find really beneficial. The caliber of technical employee is also very strong. They quickly found team members that have brought strong technical skills that improve our data engineering pipelines. This kind of partnership has worked out great for us. I use Edvantis for contract management, hiring data engineers. They manage performance, hiring, onboarding, and account management.
