What do you like best about EDU?

EDU has brought all our school operations—admissions, attendance, fees, and academics—under one dashboard. The interface is intuitive, and teachers adapted quickly. The integration with Razorpay and WhatsApp has made fee collection and communication far smoother. What I like most is the support team — they respond quickly and guide us through every new update. What do you dislike about EDU?

Initial setup took some time because we had to align our existing data formats, but once configured, everything runs smoothly. The mobile app could load a bit faster during peak hours, but overall, it’s been reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EDU solving and how is that benefiting you?

As the IT administrator, I was managing several disconnected systems for attendance, fee collection, and staff records. EDU has replaced all those with one integrated platform. It’s simplified data management, made backups and access control much easier, and reduced the need for manual imports between modules. The system’s integration with Razorpay, Tally, and WhatsApp has also minimized errors and improved communication. From an IT perspective, the cloud setup is stable, secure, and easy to maintain.
