Edlio has been a really solid tool for our school. It comes with a lot of great features, and one of the best parts is how easily it connects with our SIS, PowerSchool. Importing and managing users has been super straightforward.

What’s made the biggest difference for us is that Edlio has brought all of our communication into one place. Instead of bouncing between different tools for emails, texts, and announcements, we can now send everything from one platform. It’s streamlined the process and made it a lot easier to keep staff and families in the loop.

Honestly, our biggest struggle was with setup. We had a lot of issues syncing it to PowerSchool, initially and there was no place to program standardized passwords. So, we had to have every user select "Forgot Password" to get set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Edlio has allowed our school district to be able to communicate effectively and has streamlined alot of our processes. From the web design process, to the mobile app, to the different groups I have joined to continue to learn more and make our experiences better, it has been perfect. The onboarding process is very easy. Edlio walks you through step-by-step everything you need to get your district and/or school site up and running. One area where Edilo could improve is in their help articles. They are usually too short and too simple to be of any use for uncommon or specific questions. I can see them adding more articles to make a better user-led help solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The onboarding and training has been awesome. The team at Edlio communicates really well and responds as a team to all implementations concerns. We receive responses from our support and implementations team within an hour typically and resolutions are within 24 hours. The admin console is amazingly easy to use.
