What do you like best about EDI Partners?

One of the key benefits to working with EDI Partners is their knowledgeable and responsive team. Sauer has enjoyed a very long and successful relationship with EDI Partners and continues to be impressed with their level of service, creativity in finding solutions, and flexibility in working with our changing deadlines and customer requirements. Most importantly, their ability to understand and solve our business problems quickly and thoroughly is invaluable to our business and ease of integrating with our customers. What do you dislike about EDI Partners?

EDI Partners excels in all areas of our relationship! The only suggestion that I might make is that they educate us on tools that might help with monitoring our customer communications. When requested, they are very responsive and provide great tools. What problems is EDI Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?

EDI Partners provides all of our organization's EDI services - mapping, translation, and communication as well as analysis and project management for new customer projects or implementations. On a daily basis, their team provides excellent monitoring services and support for any EDI-related exceptions. Additionally, for new EDI projects, The EDI Partners team acts as an extension of our IT team by getting fully involved in the design, development, and testing of our projects to ensure success.
