"Eddie Turned Hour-Long Interviews Into Shareable Clips—Fast"

What do you like best about Eddie?

I run a video series called "Behind Every \_\_\_\_" where I interview women about their professional journeys and turn the conversations into short-form content for YouTube and Instagram. Before Eddie, the biggest bottleneck was getting from 1 hour raw interview to usable clips. For a solo creator running a content series is pretty tough, thanks to Eddie, it got much easier! What do you dislike about Eddie?

I think sometimes it struggles with other languages, my speakers speak a bit of Bengali and english, so sometimes it cut off bengali a bit. This could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Eddie solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem Eddie solves for me is the time between raw footage and a usable rough cut. I run a video interview series where I film 20-30 minute conversations and need to turn them into short-form content for YouTube and Instagram. Before Eddie, I was manually scrubbing through every interview to find the best moments, logging clips, and building the rough cut from scratch — easily 3-4 hours per episode.

Eddie cuts that down significantly. I import the interview, ask it to find the most compelling moments, and get a rough cut I can actually work with in a fraction of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
