I like that EdbMails Office 365 Migration takes a lot of the guesswork out of the migration process. Once everything is configured, I can see what's happening and keep an eye on the mailboxes without constantly checking things manually. Getting started was easier than I expected, as the basic configuration was pretty quick to work through once the source and Microsoft 365 details were ready. One thing I think could be better is the way some of the less common options are presented. When you're doing a straightforward migration, everything feels fairly clear, but when you get into more specific configurations, it isn't always obvious what each setting will do.
