The cogap tools provided are very helpful. The education recieved is easy to understand and relate it to my current role of Union Representative. This course allowed me to share my experience with others and discuss with others their experience as well. This is helpful in many ways, especially when you are reviewing someone else's experience from the opposite stand point.

Each course that I took has improved the way I approach my day to day assignments from representing members in investigations, filing and presenting grievances , to the way I prepare for arbitration or write post hearing briefs and helpful in the way we cost out items for negotiations.
