I love how EcoOnline is incredibly user-friendly. The dashboarding features are amazing because they allow us to pull all relevant information and display it in a way that makes everything understandable at a glance. I also appreciate that the dashboards help free up time from management since they get alerted if there's a problem with submitted records, and if not, they don't have to worry. At times, setting up custom dashboards can be complicated, but that's not a failure of EcoOnline rather just a side effect of the dashboards running off of Looker, and us pushing the system to its limits.
