What do you like best about eclypse?

gitlab integration, ability to collaborate with our own translators and performance. my company has lots of data and eclypse works fast - we don't have to wait for all the data to download. eclypse team is quite responsive. when we ask for an enhancement or a question with the product, they resolve our issue generally within one day. What do you dislike about eclypse?

What problems is eclypse solving and how is that benefiting you?

eclypse allows us to introduce our solution in multiple markets. We have our own translators so we didn't use eclypse's translators so I cannot comment on that. We have lots of translation data. The other tms solutions we used were slower to load. Eclypse is definitely more performant in this regard. Also we can save the export rules. This makes it easier to integrate with eclypse.
