What do you like best about eClinicalWorks RCM?

It is a very user friendly software with a user interface that is most compatible with all kinds of users. Has a capacity to lend a wide spectrum of varied information database on both provider and patient analysis which can be used to investigate and hone in on any obstacles in accounts for a medical bill. What do you dislike about eClinicalWorks RCM?

The system lacks any auto updating infrastructure which is not a must but could be a defining factor for a state of the art medical software. Laggy launch and systematic crash outs are not uncommon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering eClinicalWorks RCM:

Do use it atleast once. It's best selling point I would say is the UI/UX and the stacks of information you could access in one place.
