I love the queues functionality that eClincher has - this can (if you want it to) quickly fill up your social calendar for you with a little bit of work. You can also run campaigns with the feature that have a shelf life. It takes a little bit of time to set up for each network but can truly be a set it and forget it feature! The reports leave some to be desired. Currently there is no aggregate option to build custom reports (you can look at up to 5 profiles in an aggregate view) although, this is on their road-map for the next year, so I'll be happy when that comes in.
