What do you like best about Echo Data Analytics?

What stands out is their ability to connect seamlessly to our RMS and tailor how data is interpreted and displayed for the end user. Echo has done an excellent job addressing our needs, especially when it comes to creating formulations and rules that align with firefighters' requirements, even as those needs evolve with policy changes. What do you dislike about Echo Data Analytics?

Sometimes I realize that I rely on it a bit too much. While this isn't exactly a drawback, I do get frustrated when the information I need isn't available in the data and I have to request an enhancement. What problems is Echo Data Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Communicating timely and accurate information to stakeholders and employees has significantly reduced the amount of staff time spent searching for and compiling data, both for payroll purposes and firefighter callback requirements. This improvement has also enabled command staff to make decisions about response and resource deployment based on factual information and historical results, rather than relying on intuition.
