What do you like best about Echo Data Analytics?

Echo Data Analytics has an incredible product and top-notch customer service. Use of their platforms saves us time, provides data in a user-friendly manner, and seamlessly allows for both high-level and deep dives into data. I have never seen another company so responsive to customer questions, concerns, and suggestions as well as constantly improving their current products and expanding to offer additional modules to meet customer needs. Echo Data Analytics allows us to quickly and easily access data so we can then use our time using that data to make improvements, rather than spending our time trying to obtain and understand our data. The QA features also help us to fix mistakes we've made and makes our data more accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Echo Data Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Echo Data Analytics provides dashboards with critical information such as payroll, tracking our Paid on-Call Firefighters' requirements (call percentages, shift counts, training requirements), running payroll reports, and an operations dashboard with data relating to call volume, response times, incident types, heat maps, quality assurance reports, and more. All of these data points can be filtered in numerous ways, allowing for high level looks or deep dives into our data. The data also links seamlessly with our records management system to allow for simple reference and editing of our incident reports or data points to ensure we have good data going into the system.
