What do you like best about ECGrid?

I can genuinely say, I have never felt like a number when it came to their support and service. Loren Data ECGrid has always been available and approachable. They have helped me through some major changes at my current employment. I can't thank them enough. If you are looking for a VAN replacement, I would highly recommend them. What do you dislike about ECGrid?

I am not sure I have anything negative to say. So far they are a great comfort for our migration from Open Text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ECGrid solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are in the process of migrating several direct customers and replacing our current VAN with Opentext. Issue ONE: Certificate Management. We had too many direct connections for a ONE person EDI team. I am not sure the word team should even be present when referring to one person, but I digress. Issue TWO: Missing Orders because of communication Outages. Their service will retry sending any documents to our system until we send them a good MDN. Also, the portal provides a way to resend documents to our system. The portal will be a great way for us to resolve any unreceived outgoing documents from our system as well. They have a great search method that will enable to us to investigate our own possible communication issues. (if any). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
