The e-caring academy is very helpful, and it is very easy to understand; the videos are very helpful, Jodi. Her is amazing. I cannot say enough about her; she is wonderful in terms of training you on how to use the app. She is very patient even though you seem not to get right away the steps in order to do either billing, verification, and so forth. The app is very easy to follow and to understand. There is a section to ask any questions you don't understand; it will show you the steps to follow. I really enjoy the app and everything. I regularly use the scheduling, verification, and billing, add new staff and so forth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The downside of ecaring is there are so many features and steps to follow, which can be very challenging to understand, especially if you're new to technology, like me, especially since this was my first time using the app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
