What I would like the most of this software is the easy to use at a first sight. i mean, once you log in in a new software is not always immediate to find independently the way to proceed with the first steps. Once we started to use Ecalypse we found shortly more value added in terms of effort and time consumed than the previous software. Also, my colleagues in the first days or weeks of usage are experiencing a good feeling with this new software. I would say that colours and font used could be chosen better in order to have a deeper experience. Of course, they are just opinions due to my liking and they couldn't be considered as absolute truth. Sometimes, also, the waiting time between the phases are too long and not responsive as they should be. Perthaps this effect could be caused maybe due to some script or deadlock in the queries to be checked. At this stage, my real expectations are to have these two aspects fixed within the next release of the product in order to have a better user journey and experience.
