What do you like best about Ebbot?

Ebbot is an easy to use chatbot, I find it very user friendly for administration, easy to train and well designed, and both the agent chatting experience and chatbot interaction with customers are great. More than that, they have an excellent, loving support team that are highly talented and always able to help me out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ebbot?

I find their statistics tool a bit challenging to navigate, but once you get the hang of it, there are a lot of parameters that you can subscribe to. While it is not top scoring, it is a good tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ebbot solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are assisting our customers with self-service and make it easy for us to train it further. It also has smart solutions for when the chatbot can no longer be of service. We have seen a clear optimization and even reduction of specific types of queries that we've trained the bot especially thoroughly with, and feel a great reward in having them as our bot provider.
