"EasyWebinar Makes Professional Webinars Simple— Live, Automated, and All-in-One"

What do you like best about EasyWebinar?

We’ve had a great experience with EasyWebinar so far. The platform brings everything together in one place and makes it much easier to create, manage, and run professional webinars.

The UI is clean and straightforward, and the overall webinar setup process has been easy to manage. Having registration, live webinars, automated webinars, attendee management, replays, and follow-up capabilities together is a big benefit for us.

We particularly like having both live and automated webinar options. It gives us the flexibility to run a webinar live and then continue using that content as part of an evergreen marketing strategy.

AI will add value through smarter follow-ups and interactive chat.

Support and onboarding have also been great, and we’re very happy with the platform and team.

EasyWebinar gives us the core functionality we need without making webinars unnecessarily complicated. We’re looking forward to seeing the platform continue to grow, especially with SMS, AI, and deeper HighLevel integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EasyWebinar?

The main downside for us is the pricing. It feels quite high, especially when each account/sub-account needs its own EasyWebinar account.

We work extensively with HighLevel and manage multiple sub-accounts, so we would love to see deeper HighLevel integration and a pricing structure that includes multiple sub-accounts under one EasyWebinar plan.

For the current price, I feel more accounts, integrations, and functionality should be included. Adding stronger HighLevel integration, SMS capabilities, and the upcoming AI features would make the overall value much stronger.

What problems is EasyWebinar solving and how is that benefiting you?

EasyWebinar gives us an all-in-one solution for running webinars without needing multiple platforms.

The UI is easy and fast to use, which means we can build and launch webinars quickly without a complicated setup process. This saves us a lot of time and makes managing everything much simpler.

The support has also been great. When we need help, we can get answers quickly, which is especially valuable when preparing for a live webinar.
