EasyWebinar is stable and feature-rich. I especially like the Evergreen simulated chat—it feels more realistic and saves me a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience with EasyWebinar. One useful addition would be a real-time attendance chart showing how viewer numbers change throughout a webinar. A sharp decline at a specific point may indicate that the recorded content is losing the audience’s attention, while a stable trend suggests strong engagement. Connecting these changes to timestamps would help creators improve weaker sections.
I would also love to see more AI integration through tools such as Claude or GPT. For example, EasyWebinar could provide customizable, clearly labeled AI-generated chat simulations based on a webinar script. Users could adjust audience personas, questions, tone, and timing. I currently create this type of simulation separately, so having it built into the platform would be very helpful. Overall, EasyWebinar is already excellent, and stronger analytics and AI features could make it even better.
The main drawback is the dated UX. It feels more like software from the early 2010s than a modern, polished iOS-style product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
