**What do you like best about Easyship?**

EasyShip has been a great shipping software for our company. Lots of options available for shipping, particularly for international shipments, allowing a choice between low cost carriers and premium express services depending on the item being shipped. Customer service is fantastic too. The few times I have needed to contact them they were very responsive and resolved the issue quickly. Lots of integrations with store platforms make it easy to bulk import orders too.

**What do you dislike about Easyship?**

Really not much I dislike about EasyShip. The only thing would have been the lack of ability to input customs codes, but that was resolved with an update they did so the option is available now.

**What problems is Easyship solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to access a wide range of carriers depending on the item needing to be shipped, particularly for international shipments.

**What do you like best about Easyship?**

Our account manager, Conor, is great. When issues arise, he is responsive and consistent with communication. There is clear evidence of continuous improvement going on behind the scenes to provide a better user experience and order management.

**What do you dislike about Easyship?**

Our first few account managers (3) weren't the best. Their understanding of how the platform operated and how to make it perform best for our situation lacked depth, and as a result, some significant errors occurred. This has been remedied with our current (last 2.5 years) account manager.

**What problems is Easyship solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a consolidated shipping platform that provides the best available shipping partners around the globe make for simplified logistics for our small brand. This minimizes multi-login needs and shows available options to ensure customer satisfaction.

**What do you like best about Easyship?**

The platform is easy to use for booking shipments and comparing courier rates. Integration with marketplaces is smooth, and the interface is user-friendly for creating labels and tracking shipments. It’s helpful for managing multiple orders in one place.

**What do you dislike about Easyship?**

We continue to face repeated UPS weight discrepancies where we're being overcharged for weight that doesn't match the actual shipment. Despite raising the issue multiple times and providing evidence, Easyship has not provided a resolution. Support is slow and often redirects responsibility instead of fixing the problem. This has caused unnecessary losses and wasted time. A lack of accountability and poor dispute handling makes it hard to trust the platform for high-volume shipping.

**What problems is Easyship solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easyship allows me to compare shipping charges across multiple couriers in one place, which saves time and helps me choose the most cost-effective option for each shipment. This is especially useful for international orders where rates and delivery times can vary widely.

Update 3/14/25: Tom, the CEO, took time to resolve this issue. It was due to a mis-understanding and he has made this right for us. We appreciate him taking the time to do so.

Easyship’s support team lacks basic understanding of common products and shipping regulations. Despite providing clear information, they repeatedly asked for irrelevant documentation, delaying shipments and disrupting business operations. For reference, we sell natural, handmade bath & body products.   They have deemed these as “hazardous” to ship, despite ingredients readily available to review.

Their poor customer service and unnecessary hurdles make them an unreliable choice for small businesses. I have switched to a new shipping partner that gladly welcomed us after 10 years of shipping without issues at other companies!

Their support services are always on call and eager to help. The ability to select from a wide range of couriers to deliver to customers around the world is pretty amazing.

It integrates well with Shopify too!

There are some minor glitches occasionally.

There was a really bad early experience with misquoting shipping prices but so far the team has improved in that realm and there have been improvements in some areas of usability.

Within minutes of creating our account, we set up a shipment that was easy to create at the convenience of having a pickup on our premises and saving us money compared to traditional couriers. Working with EasyShip is a no-brainer. We even had a question on our first order, and within minutes, not only did we get a response, but the question was answered and the issue was resolved right away. If you're looking for shipping solutions, stop your search because you found it with EasyShip

We've had to adjust the number of emails that we get, which comes from a good intent of ensuring that the service and customer satisfaction are at a high level.

**What do you like best about Easyship?**

We are a gifting company, and our clients require us to ship to recipients around the world. Easyship's platform has enabled us to conveniently fulfill those global orders with the price, tracking, and speed parameters best suited for each individual case. We especially appreciate the ease and efficiency of Easyship's bulk order import function. Our CSM, Conor M., is great, he's always promptly available to answer questions or propose resolutions when we need him.

I hear that monthly billing for Canada is a feature on its way, it will be extra nice when that is available for Canadian accounts.

Very easy to use software, intuitive and clear UI.  We use it everyday and shipment creation is easy, clear, and hassle free. It was also easy to implement EasyShip with our in house shipping software in addition to using it on it's own. Provides a lot of useful shipping data for tracking shipping spend. Shipments are very easy to navigate and the search function has many different vectors. Customer service has been prompt and helpful when needed.

EasyShip does not support some kinds of lithium battery shipments, so if you ship lithium batteries you will have some limitations.

An easy way to purchase USPS labels and to create shipments with various carriers. Gives us simple order tracking and provides useful analytics.

How it keeps a history of all your shipping information for each of our clients. And how it's not complicated to use.

I wish I could do more than one shipment at a time however I understand that if you have a membership you can do them all. But I just don't do that much shipping that it would justify a membership.

I paid for 2 day UPS shipment but it took them 3 days to get that to the client. They are trying to resolve some sort of credit from ups.

It's been so easy to use easyship with more options than my previous company that I was using for our business. 

Cheaper rates, better integration with my online store, less work on my part and way more efficient. 

Also the customer service rep Neha has been incredible answering all my questions with surprising speed.

No brainer, it's the better option

So far so good. Their basic plan is great to start with but if you do want more options there's a premium plan you can pay for

**What do you like best about Easyship?**

I finished a Kickstarter and was really happy with the integration between Easyship and Kickstarter. It imported and populated the CSV easily. I checked across multiple platforms and Easyship had the best rates and the best (free) plan for me. Many other services made you upgrade to a paid plan, but for now in my small business journey, the free Easyship plan is absolutely perfect. I just shipped out some of the orders today and by the time I got home, all the tracking info was available for each customer right in Easyship- especially great because I wasn't able to get a paper receipt from one of the companies I shipped out from! One worry off my mind for sure. So far, the process has been extremely easy and cost effective, two things that are at the top of my priorities right now for running my business!

**What do you dislike about Easyship?**

Importing the CSV from Kickstarter required a little bit of fiddling. Despite my trying to correct the fields in Google Sheets before submitting the CSV into Easyship, I still had to go through and manually fix addresses, add in box dimensions, select the HS Code and select the Residential Address for every customer (which I didn't have a ton to do overall, but could be really a hassle if you had hundreds of orders). I also couldn't figure out a way to hook up my shipping scale up to the software, so I could weigh each package and it document the weight automatically. I used to work for a factory and remember that functionality was really handy and sped the process up quite a bit. So, not too bad overall for me, as I have 63 orders to ship total and I'm further breaking them all down into batches of 10 or so, but it could be a real hassle if I had a lot more orders. Growing pains, I'll look into those features again when my business requires me to get more streamlined. Overall, these are minor nitpicks. This software still does a lot more than many others and all while still on the free plan, which I appreciate a lot!

The ability to ship multiple orders all together, while still able to see each individual order (other companies lump them all together, which I didn't like). This allows me to see at a glance how many orders have been shipped and to who, which is super beneficial for dealing with my Kickstarter.

Chaithanya, Neha and Monika (like the rest of the team) were outstanding—exceptionally patient, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire setup process. They provided clear, step-by-step guidance that made everything much easier to navigate.

While the initial setup can be a bit challenging, the level of support offered by the EasyShip team, especially during the 14-day trial period, proved to be absolutely essential. Their assistance made a real difference.

We’re experiencing issues with HTS codes and product classification that are limiting our courier options. For example, a camera without a battery is being flagged by UPS as containing one, which prevents us from using their service—even though the shipment doesn’t include a battery

**What do you like best about Easyship?**

Easyship is great for my purposes as a small business. It has a lot of innovations that work well: I like that it remembers the size of my packages, and the weight of my individual items. I appreciate the integrations with Kickstarter. I appreciate that it manages package tracking. Customer support for my tier has been very responsive and very high-quality.

I onboarded with Easyship because of the integration with Kickstarter. I was immediately contacted by Sanchith Mada, who has been my point of contact the entire time, which as been a huge help. The product would have been overwhelming without his onboarding services. A lot of services like this will shuffle you to a different customer satisfaction agent every time you have an issue. Sanchith's continuity gives Easyship a personal touch that I really appreciate. 

As is I use Easyship almost every day now. It's pretty easy to use for the most part, and I hope they continue to improve their frontend UI.

**What do you dislike about Easyship?**

The UI needs a lot of work still. Input fields are slow on all browsers (I'm using a 2018 Mac mini) and form fields change without warning, leading to data loss and frustration during manual input. There are gaps in the workflow. If I select a package or an item when creating a shipment for manual entry, it does not automatically remember or calculate the weights of these items, so I still have to do all of that myself. Adding rules is not intuitive, and sometimes it seems like they don't get applied. These are all minor issues but added up together will impact the product's adoption and growth in the long run.

Easyship keeps all my shipping in one place. It tracks my product dimensions, weight and pricing, my package weight and dimensions, my customer addresses, shipping history and ongoing tracking.
The international shipping service has been pretty useful to save money too.

The combine shipments feature helps a lot. And the additional shipping carrier options for tracking and cost. And customer support is always quick to answer any question.

The combine shipping relies on phone number format, which is technically irrelevant to shipping. But it is a small issue in an overall exceptional service.

**What do you like best about Easyship?**

It was somewhat easy to cancel and move to ShipStation and set up an account there

**What do you dislike about Easyship?**

Nothing worked as it should and support would just suggest another band aid to make it somewhat work.

**What problems is Easyship solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None.  It was supposed to save both time and money and it accomplished neither.  Nothing worked and it cost me tons of time trying to make it work.

The lowest FedEx overnight rates I've seen... Customer service is very responsive and responds in a timely manner. Very easy to use.

FedEx Ground rates could be improved. They are not as favorable as their FedEx Overnight rates.

They streamline the shipping process. Once you enter customer info, it automatically populates the next time you ship to that customer. Makes it very easy.

Very helpful. The portal available with different couriers in competitive rates enable user to deside.

Unable to call incase of extreme urgency. There should be at least easy way to contact any of the available customer service officer over phone.

Time is money. Apart from this fact the reputation is always at stake if you fail to provide timely information deemed necessary to the client at counter part.

**What do you like best about Easyship?**

The customer support is absolutely outstanding. Quick to respond and always on the ball. They truly do whatever it takes to get it done in a very timely manner. For the more difficult issues, always follow up and eventually get it corrected which has greatly benifit our business. Making us more productive and preciese.

The integration of EasyShip into our website has been so helpful although often incorrect, it is being worked on to my understanding.

Easyship is very easy to navigate, as we use it several times a day.

The implementation and cost of easyship has been worth every penny especially once we get the wrinkles ironed out.

**What do you dislike about Easyship?**

There are only a few things that lack on the back end that are currently being fixed as we have seen. Such as weights and zip codes not loading properly into easy ship and causing an error. the weights are being adjusted and working correctly now for our amazon. Need to work on our website though.

The Zip code errors that prevent a dash in the line does create some headache, that we hope to see corrected if an entire US zip code is put in or an international zip code that has a dash in it will not let us edit & save the shipment.

The weights not loading in correctly make our customers pay more than they should and box size and weights be inccorect often, which we have to manually correct.

With all of that said the service is great and hope some things on the back in are corrected to further help and grow your company.

They reply fast and either help with a solution or follow up with one. I've never been let down by them. They are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and fast! I have worked with multiple of their support folks including Chaithanya who made sure that my issues were fixed right away!

**What do you dislike about Easyship?**

I wish there was more integration with shopify which would allow for less manual clicking for certain things like returns.

Easyship helps when there are hiccups and helps by getting our products across the globe in a short time frame (at least with some shippers!)

The courier I selected (QExpress) failed to pickup my package. When I called QExpress with the package number Easyship gave me, QExpress said it was not their number and could not track a third party number! To contact Easyship directly. How frustrating. When I decided to cancel my shipment all together, no refund is offered - it was a wasted exercise and experience.

They solve my shipping needs (in theory) when it works.

So much has gone wrong with yesterday's shipments (eight boxes) I don't even know where to begin. First, the wrong address was somehow picked up (an outdated address for my son that I'm not sure where it came from). Unfortunately, I did not notice this (I just selected his name) until after all eight packages were picked up. Second, USPS has informed me that the seven packages I sent through them were incorrectly classified as 'media mail' vs. 'ground advantage' which resulted in the charges being calculated incorrectly. I was never prompted by Easyship to choose between media mail vs. ground advantage so I'm not sure how this happened, but I'm thinking it may have to do with desribing the contents as 'collectibles' (they contained heirloom china - collectibles seemed to fit)? Lastly, the one box that I chose to ship via Sendle is currently missing in action. Someone saying they were from Sendle picked the box up as scheduled, but Sendle has no record of it on their end and have now opened an investigation. So in summary, I have seven boxes sent via USPS to the wrong address using the wrong classification (media mail) with the wrong postage ($9.88 v $24) that I am in the process of working on having returned ($70 initial postage + return fees + resending fees at the corrected rate), AND one box also to the wrong address via Sendle that seems to have vanished altogether. Needless to say I am not a happy camper with Easyship.
