What do you like best about EasyShifts?

I like that EasyShifts is easy to use. If I don't know how to do something, I can generally figure it out on my own. I am also able to contact the staff at EasyShifts, specifically Chris, who is very responsive and helps out whenever I need something. But usually, I am able to solve it because it's so user-friendly. Additionally, when I set up a new template for something, it's very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EasyShifts?

Maybe being able to see a two-week pay period at a time instead of just a week at a time. I kinda look at things, but I don't know what that would look like. I really can't think of what else could be improved, at least the way we use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EasyShifts solving and how is that benefiting you?

EasyShifts makes it easy for our staff to schedule themselves, move shifts around, and see open slots. It's straightforward to assess staffing needs for each shift and understand available opportunities for extra work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
