The ability to pictorially view how the analysis tells a story about the failure event, just by following the "how could" logic. The ease of storing evidence and notes and ability to send verification tasks to members of investigative team, for which status can be tracked. A few downsides for me has to do with arrangements of the nodes during the analysis. One is the unfriendly nature of manually trying to re-arrange the nodes, such as when you to remove one node or add another if it's in the middle of a "string" of vertical nodes, and also how the automatic rearrangement of nodes sometimes creates confusion especially if you have a large number of nodes.
