"Interactive, Engaging Training Made Easy with Easygenerator"

What do you like best about Easygenerator?

What I like best about Easygenerator is its ability to create genuinely interactive training experiences, rather than simply generating a video or PowerPoint presentation. The courses encourage learners to actively engage with the content through interactive elements, questions and activities, rather than passively watching a video or clicking through slides.

I believe this makes a real difference to the learning experience. It encourages people to pay attention, think about what they are learning and demonstrate their understanding as they progress through the training. Having used other AI-powered training and content creation tools, I really appreciate that Easygenerator focuses on creating an engaging learning experience, not just presenting information. It makes developing effective, professional training accessible and enjoyable, and I genuinely love using it.

What do you think about the integrations and performance?

I have been really pleased with the integration options available, particularly the ability to use SCORM packages within our learning management system and share training through direct links. This flexibility makes it easy to distribute training in different ways depending on the audience and requirements.

The platform has been simple and straightforward to use, and I have not experienced any performance issues or received any negative feedback from learners. Overall, the integrations and usability have worked very well for our needs.

What do you think about the pricing?

We initially participated in a trial of Easygenerator, and following that experience, I was confident enough in the product to proceed with an individual licence for my own use.

There is a significant need for this type of software within our organisation, and I see real potential for us to expand its use in the future, either through an enterprise solution or by providing access to additional members of our team.

I consider the pricing very reasonable for the value the platform provides, particularly in terms of the quality of training we can create, the time saved through AI-assisted content development and the flexibility it offers. I see it as a worthwhile investment with significant potential for wider organisational use.

What do you think about support and onboarding?

The support and onboarding we received during our trial were absolutely fantastic. We had regular weekly touchpoints with the Easygenerator team, which gave us the opportunity to ask questions, discuss our needs and get the most out of the platform.

Personally, I found the experience so straightforward that I rarely had any issues or questions that needed resolving. The team were supportive, approachable and proactive throughout the trial, which gave me real confidence in both the product and the company behind it.

What has your experience been with the AI capabilities?

Overall, I have been very impressed with the AI capabilities, including the ability to create training content efficiently and work across different languages. I have used translations into multiple languages without encountering any significant issues.

As with any AI-powered tool, there can occasionally be terminology or contextual nuances that require review and refinement. However, these have been minor considerations rather than broader limitations of the translation capabilities.

Aside from this, my experience has been very positive. The AI capabilities have been extremely useful in helping us develop and adapt training content, and I have been impressed with the quality, efficiency and flexibility of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Easygenerator?

What problems is Easygenerator solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easygenerator is solving a significant challenge for our organisation. We were previously looking to purchase external training packages to meet specific learning needs, but this was proving costly, time-consuming and ultimately not meeting our end users' expectations. The process was taking over a year, despite having internal subject matter experts with the knowledge and experience to develop the training ourselves. What we lacked was the right software to turn that expertise into engaging, professional learning experiences.

Easygenerator changed that completely. Using my existing subject matter expertise, I was able to develop the training we needed in just three days. This was a significant improvement on our previous approach and demonstrates the value of combining internal expertise with the right technology.

The key benefit for us is that we have been able to close a compliance gap by providing the training our organisation needed. We can now deliver relevant, tailored learning developed by our own experts, while reducing our reliance on costly external packages and significantly shortening development times. It also gives us the flexibility to update and expand our training as our requirements evolve.
