It provides clear details on any pending actions, which makes it simple to address them quickly and reach a smooth resolution. **What do you dislike about EasyDMARC?** Coming from a previous platform that let us categorize sources as either a threat or an asset, I’d say that’s an important feature that’s missing here. Right now, if a source is compliant, great—but if it isn’t, it just sits in the same list as sources that may be perfectly valid and simply still need to be configured. If we had the ability to move sources into a dedicated “threat” list, we could keep the non-compliant section focused on only new or pending sources that truly need review. **What problems is EasyDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives us a single platform to manage DMARC, DKIM, and SPF records in one place across all of our clients. The dashboard is clean, setup was straightforward, and the reporting helps us quickly identify and resolve issues with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC across our domains. **What do you dislike about EasyDMARC?** There is not much to dislike. overall the platform has been reliable and has worked well for our needs. **What problems is EasyDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you?** EasyDMARC helps protect our domains from email spoofing and phishing while giving us clear visibility into how our email is being sent. It has simplified DMARC management, improved our email deliverability, and given us confidence that legitimate messages are reaching our clients while unauthorized senders are being blocked. They do the job clean and neat. **What do you dislike about EasyDMARC?** The invoice cycle covers the real CALENDAR month, no matter if you start day 1 or 29 of the month, you have to pay the entire month based on the European time zone, so if you add your domain 2 days before the end-of-a-month, you have to pay the entire month like if you start day 1. **What problems is EasyDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing the .xml reports, validating who is trying to send e-mails on the company's domain and validating if there are not secure connections from real authorized sources. **Official Response from Sona Mirzoyan:** > Thank you for sharing your feedback. You see all domains on one dashboard, easy to filter and navigate. You don't have to login to sub tenants, everything is in one place. Onboarding is easy, in general everything is just easy with EasyDMARC. **What do you dislike about EasyDMARC?** Maybe cosmetic things like task to put SPF into managed solution. I would like to setup "my own" idea of how to deploy DMARC to client domains and then propagate to my domains. But it's rather personal thing more than something I would really dislike about this app. **What problems is EasyDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you?** Well, it solves the problem it should solve - it allows me to monitor email deliverability, it alerts me if something is wrong, it allows me to analyze deliverability properly and allows to deploy security measures - I mean reject of course :) ### 7. The free tools are perfect for that. I’ve mainly used the deliverability test and domain reputation check a few times, and they’re very easy to run. All I have to do is paste the domain in, and it gets me the results pretty quickly compared to if I had to research, and the explanations are actually super easy to understand. **What do you dislike about EasyDMARC?** For now? Nothing really. If you need to change DNS records or configure complex things you’d still need a technical person, but for quick checks it works perfectly.
