What do you like best about EasyDMARC?

The aggregate report parsing is the standout. Raw RUA XML is unreadable, and EasyDMARC turns it into a clear per-source breakdown so you can see exactly which senders are passing or failing SPF and DKIM. Managing DMARC across a fleet of client domains, the multi-domain dashboard makes it easy to track enforcement progress at a glance and spot which domains are still stuck on p=none. The hosted SPF/DKIM/DMARC record management is genuinely useful too, since it lets you update records without constantly editing DNS zones, and the alerting flags failures before they become a deliverability problem. Onboarding a new domain is quick, and the guided move from monitoring to enforcement takes a lot of the guesswork out of getting to p=reject safely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EasyDMARC?

Pricing scales by domain, which adds up fast once you are managing authentication across a large client base, and the per-domain limits on some plans feel restrictive for MSP use. The reporting can lag during high-volume periods, so newly onboarded senders do not always appear as promptly as you would like. The interface occasionally surfaces third-party sending sources it cannot identify, which means manual investigation to confirm whether they are legitimate. A more mature multi-tenant or reseller model with cleaner client separation and consolidated billing would make it a stronger fit for MSPs specifically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EasyDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you?

The core problem it solves is email spoofing and domain impersonation. Without DMARC enforcement, anyone can send mail that appears to come from a client's domain, which puts them at risk of phishing and business email compromise. EasyDMARC gets domains to p=reject safely, so unauthorised senders are actually blocked rather than just monitored.

It also solves the visibility problem. DMARC aggregate reports are raw XML that no one can realistically read, and EasyDMARC turns that into a clear picture of every source sending on behalf of a domain. That means legitimate services can be properly authenticated through SPF and DKIM before enforcement is tightened, so real mail keeps flowing while spoofed mail gets stopped. Deliverability improves as a side benefit, since properly authenticated domains are trusted more by receiving servers.

For managing authentication across a large number of client domains, the centralised dashboard removes a huge amount of manual effort. Instead of tracking each domain's SPF, DKIM, and DMARC status separately, everything sits in one place with alerting when something breaks.
