I use EasyComp to manage our commission payouts, and I love that it automates comp plan management and commission payouts. I don't have to manually figure out commissions from spreadsheets anymore. It's very easy to use, allowing me to make comp plan changes without hassle, and it's also easy for my reps to use. The system tracks all changes, and commission calculations are accurate, so I don't have to double and triple-check anything. It has saved me so much time, especially since we like to frequently change comp plans to keep things exciting in the sales department.
