What do you like best about Easy InnKeeping?

We chose Easy InnKeeping because it is web based and easily accessible from other more than one location. It is great to be able to produce Finance reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Easy InnKeeping?

getting to know the limits of Easy InnKeeping has taken time. One of those limits is charging separately for unrelated guests using the same room as may happen for a conference gathering. Group Reservations I found do not register onthe finance report until individual reservations are made. It is a hindereance for us that the room name/number does not appear on the finbance reports, only the reservartion number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Easy InnKeeping solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recording and registration of guests, easy to make changes, produces good charging records. is flexible enough to adapt to most of our requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
