I loved the package that was offered to us. We booked Easy A11y Guide for one hour, and that hour was used to assess our app directly, where we got real-world feedback on exactly what we needed to do to fix items up. We then were given a recording of the call to refer back to as well as key link to help us remediate issues. This was the most 'out of box' experience I've had for accessibility services. I am struggling to think what I disliked. I'm serious. As I type this out I just can't think of something I disliked. The hour was jam packed with in-app reviews and recommendations on how to improve our app, and we were delivered exactly what we were hoping for and more, all for a reasonable price.
