What do you like best about Easify App?

What I value most about Easify App is its visual low‑code workflow builder, which fits our situation at Stuttgart Industrial Automate Solutions GmbH really well. We are around 120‑person industrial‑automation company, our internal IT team is tiny and completely swamped keeping our production‑related systems running. I can’t keep asking them to build custom email workflows every time we finish a machine‑commissioning job for our manufacturing clients. I can drag‑and‑drop to put together outreach sequences for incoming client enquiries, commissioning‑progress updates and post‑handover satisfaction surveys, no custom scripting required at all. When we have multiple equipment integration projects wrapping up around the same time, I don’t have to sit there writing nearly identical notification emails over and over for factory stakeholders, suppliers and site engineers. Even after that messy incident with our Baden‑Württemberg mechanical‑parts manufacturer project, where non‑consenting subcontractors got our survey messages, the core automation still takes a huge load off my daily schedule. I get self‑service marketing‑automation capacity without hiring outside agencies. That frees me up to focus on my core responsibilities: coordinating cross‑department project tasks, reviewing technical requirements from clients and optimizing our internal project processes, instead of burning hours on tedious copy‑paste email work. What do you dislike about Easify App?

The built-in compliance logic in Easify App is geared more towards consumer-marketing use cases and struggles with B2B industrial-project scenarios. I had a compliance mishap after importing a contact list post-machine integration project when survey emails were mistakenly sent to installation subcontractors without their consent, leading to vendor complaints. The lack of configurable consent-check filters for distinguishing between paying clients and subcontractors forces me to manually audit every contact list, which becomes burdensome when multiple projects complete simultaneously. Furthermore, there are no native connections to our CRM or EU-hosted cloud document repository, meaning all contact and campaign data must be manually exported and cleaned via CSV, adding to my workload. Many of the compliance warnings and configuration menus are only available in English, which is a barrier since some colleagues are native German speakers. The onboarding isn't entirely smooth as it involves a lot of manual data-cleaning, consent validation, and internal guidance creation. To improve Easify App for B2B industrial projects, I recommend enhancing the compliance logic to better accommodate B2B scenarios, including configurable consent-check filters and native CRM integrations. Additionally, providing multilingual support for compliance warnings and configuration menus would greatly benefit teams with diverse language backgrounds. What problems is Easify App solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before we started using Easify App, I had to juggle two separate legacy tools, ProjectNotify and B2B Follow‑Up Engine, to handle our post‑project communications. After every machine‑commissioning assignment, I would export stakeholder contacts out of our RAYNET CRM, clean them manually, and shuffle data back‑and‑forth between both platforms. I still remember that stressful episode on a metal‑processing‑plant upgrade project in southern Germany. An import error in our old tool set caused post‑project satisfaction surveys to never reach a whole group of our paying manufacturing customers. I had to send each survey link manually one‑by‑one, and we nearly lost critical feedback we needed for our quarterly internal process review. Easify App consolidates those routine outreach workflows into one single environment. It drastically cuts down the repetitive manual email drafting and file‑shuffling work during our busiest project‑delivery phases. That being said it’s far from flawless. As we saw with the Baden‑Württemberg mechanical‑parts‑manufacturer commissioning job, its compliance logic is built for consumer‑focused scenarios and does not properly recognise B2B‑GDPR processing rules. That led to survey emails being sent to subcontractors who had never consented to marketing communications. There is no native CRM sync either. Every contact list has to go through manual CSV export‑and‑clean‑up. I always have to double‑check consent status on every entry before launching any campaign, because one small file‑preparation mistake can trigger compliance complaints and extra documentation work for our small‑IT‑team organisation.
