I appreciate the security, ease of use and intuitive design of EASE's technology. With their secure database, I can quickly retrieve any information about my customers' plans or employees that I need to provide a level of service that exceeds most competitors. In addition, employee enrollment has become even easier with simplified accuracy - which was confirmed when a new client claimed it was "the easiest enrollment" they'd ever completed after receiving the link in an email from me! I do not like the fact that Ease's reporting lacks clarity and it can be cumbersome to extract key information from these reports. Additionally, requiring administrators to review two separate enrollment reports is an unnecessary hassle.
