"EarnBill OCS: Fast, Reliable Performance That Scales with Confidence"

What do you like best about EarnBill?

The performance of the OCS system changed how we run our business. Our previous billing system was slow and kept timing out on balance validation requests, which was affecting our subscribers daily. EarnBill's OCS responds to every request in a few milliseconds, even during peak hours. What really gave us confidence is knowing that we can double or triple our existing subscriber base on the same hardware with zero revenue leakage. The implementation was professional and on schedule. Reports, front-desk portal and an end-customer portal were delivered fully in Arabic, which was important for our teams. What do you dislike about EarnBill?

Honestly, we do not have any major complaints. The system has been stable and reliable since go-live. If anything, I would say that it takes a bit of time to learn all the system features which is quite natural, but the EarnBill team was always available to support us through that. What problems is EarnBill solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a government-run ISP providing SIM-based 4G mobile data services in the Yemen. Before EarnBill, we could not handle the volume of real-time balance checks we needed for prepaid services. Requests were failing, customers were facing service disruptions, and we were losing revenue. EarnBill solved all of this. The OCS handles millions of balance checks daily with millisecond response times. We now have accurate usage metering, so there is no revenue leakage. The bank integrations improved our revenue collection, and the Arabic language support made daily operations much easier for our front-desk and finance teams. On top of everything, our capital and operational costs have come down, which means we can invest more into expanding our services and rolling out new offerings.
