What do you like best about EarnBill?

We've been using EarnBill across 15+ client accounts across telco, ISP, MVNO, SaaS for over a decade, and the main reason we keep coming back is simple: it works, and the team behind it actually knows what they're doing.

The support team feels less like a vendor and more like an extension of our own team. They're proactive, they know the platform cold, and they consistently find solutions we weren't expecting. Several of our client relationships have turned into 10-year contracts because of the results EarnBill helps us deliver. That says more than any feature list.

What do you dislike about EarnBill?

If anything, their support team can sometimes be too thorough. While the extreme transparency is appreciated, there are times when we just need a high-level, executive summary rather than a deep dive into the technical weeds. It's a minor critique, but learning to tailor their communication style based on the audience, giving concise answers to leadership and detailed ones to engineering, would make their excellent support even better. What problems is EarnBill solving and how is that benefiting you?

The EarnBill team supports the entire revenue lifecycle for our clients, from end-to-end automation of rating, charging, and multi-tier invoicing to payment processing, automated dunning, and accounting reconciliation. Their expert understanding and operation of usage-based billing features (including OCS and mediation) allows our clients to seamlessly process millions of daily usage records. The direct business impact has been massive: it has practically eliminated revenue leakage, streamlined our clients' complex billing workflows, and significantly reduced customer churn by wiping out billing and charging disputes before they happen.
