What do you like best about E-goi?

What I love most about E-goi is that it is an all-in-one marketing platform that combines email, SMS, and automation in a simple way. It is very intuitive, reliable, and fully GDPR-compliant, which gives us complete peace of mind in managing communication with our partners and community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about E-goi?

The process of validating DNS settings (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) on the panel is sometimes unstable and inconsistent. During setup, the verification of records seemed random, with the same configuration sometimes appearing green (valid) and other times turning red (error) without any changes made, causing some confusion and wasting time in the initial setup. What problems is E-goi solving and how is that benefiting you?

E-goi solved the need to separate institutional communication from the association's marketing. We maintain our own system for direct informational emails to members, while we use E-goi for all marketing and promotional campaigns. This segregation ensures much more organized communication, avoids overloading our infrastructure, and ensures better reputation and deliverability in mailings.
