Easy to use. Easy Access. Especially since the upgrades. I have been using this for many years now and it has definitely improved over the years. The carry forward from year to year works well. The buying and selling of holidays at the beginning of each year is easy to administer. There has never been any performance issues. Managers use it well and can now delegate when necessary. There are no downsides to using E-Days. However, we now need to keep up to 6 years of annual leave records for HMRC purposes. So this is something we need to look into. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
